James A. Kosub James A. Kosub

James (“Jim”) A. Kosub was born in San Antonio, Texas on January 8, 1948. After serving our country from November 1966 – November 1970 as a member of the United States Marine Corps, Jim attended East Carolina University, San Antonio College and graduated from Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State) in 1974 with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science. He obtained a Juris Doctor in 1977 from St. Mary’s University of San Antonio. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1978. Since then, he has been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court; United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, and the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas. Member: Delta Theta Phi; Board of Trustees for the Judson Independent School District (1975-1981); San Antonio Bar Association (Board of Directors, 1990-92; Secretary, 1992-93); State Bar of Texas; Bar Association of the Fifth Circuit; Texas City Attorneys Association, Labor and Employment Section; Executive Committee, 1993-97; Secretary, 1997-98; Vice-Chairman, 1998-99; Chairman, 1999-2000)

Clint T. Griffin Clint T. Griffin

Clint T. Griffin was born in Taft, Texas on October 18, 1969. Clint graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science in 1992, and Juris Doctor in 1996. He was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 1996. Since then, he has been admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, and the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas. Clint is a member of the State Bar of Texas (Labor and Employment Section).

Nicole M. Kotsch, Paralegal
  Nicole Kotsch was born in Paget, Bermuda on July 28, 1978, and a native of Charleston, Missouri. She served our country from September 1998 to September 2002 in the United States Navy, and decided to make Eldorado, Texas her home in 2003. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the American InterContinental University with an Associate of Arts in Business Administration in 2003, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Kaplan University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Paralegal Studies. Nicole joined our firm in 2005 with prior paralegal experience. She is a member of Alpha Beta Kappa and the Texas Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas.
